Strategic turnaround
A reorganization and restructuring plan for a company in crisis, that is based on three consequential phases:

  1. Put an end to the causes, if possible, which led to the crisis of the company;
  2. Quickly pursue a plan for recovery of profitability;
  3. Detect a scheme of "way-out" possible.

M&A and assignment
Verify the essential elements for plan operations of Merger and / or Acquisition (M & A) rather than assignment of the entire company or part of it.

Real Estate Funds for the Development
K.AI.ROS does not action its own, but according of a stable and delegate some of Sgr qualified for the creation, development and management of these funds, and as an"advisor" to its customers.

The Real Estate Funds is a specifically instrument for the management and the improve of the real estate assets of the company.

The company that brings the assets received in exchange participation shares in the Reserved Real Estate Fund, which can make new investments or improve of existing real estate, receiving additional cash.

The Real Estate Fund may distribute periodic dividends or can be made partial reimbursements of shares after operations of divestment of assets.
